Transmitter Setup

Transmitter settings vary by model, but in general, start your setup with your transmitter in its default state, with no trim added, no exponents set, no dual-rates, etcand with linear pitch and throttle curves that run from 0 to 100%. The swash should be set to one servo, not CCPM 120 (or the equivalent setting on your transmitter).

Note: Experience has shown that taking the time to make sure that all of your transmitter settings are correct can save a lot of wasted time and head-scratching from mysterious, frustrating problems that are nothing more than incorrect transmitter settings, so double check that your transmitter is set up right before proceeding.
